In these introductory classes you will learn the simplest form of stress reduction/meditation, guided imagery - that assists your body to reach new levels of relaxation. We will also learn about our wonderous chakra system and how to balance our chakras for better health.
These techniques have been known to improve focus and attention spans for better grades and less test anxiety too!
